I am a 25-year-old girl, living in Málaga for about a year now. For many years, I experienced unjustified suffering without understanding that there was an explanation behind it—a realization that only recently came with a diagnosis. However, this understanding came after I had hit rock bottom. My mission is to ensure that others don’t have to reach that point; I want to help you stop blaming yourselves first! There is always a reason behind our struggles, and our bodies are not to blame. They are simply a reflection of what our minds experience and feel.

Offering a unique journey shaped by my personal experiences with body image issues, eating disorders... I believe true wellness starts with the mind, and my coaching is built on knowledge gained through my own struggles. This isn’t just a profession for me; it’s a passion—a heartfelt commitment to helping others navigate challenges I’ve faced myself.
Based in Málaga, I hold open-air coaching sessions by the sea, where I aim to convey my passion through practice. This environment provides a sense of ease for those who may feel initially uncomfortable in a gym setting. Together, we go beyond just “working out.” I want to witness individuals starting from zero and experiencing daily improvements in their technique, fostering a genuine desire to engage with the training itself.
My mission is to help others find moments of light amidst the darkness, discovering the profound connection between mind and muscle. Each small advancement is a step toward self-acceptance. My goal is to create a community of people who share similar experiences, reminding us that we are not alone on this journey.
