I'm a professional contemporary dancer, choreographer and teacher. I teach both contemporary and yoga.
I'm a Vinyasa and Short Flow lover, they are part of my routine!

I started doing yoga about 12 years ago, but I focused more on it 5 years ago when I introduced it as part of my practice as a professional contemporary dancer.
Bit later I found out that I had a hernia on my lower back so I decided to go deeper with yoga and study all its ancient knowledge. This lead me to start teaching online to people that knew I was doing it, and slowly the group started growing.
I try to create a safe environment where everyone feels confortable but challenges themselves. The classes are meant to be group classes but I give one-on-one classes on request as well.
I like to give active classes but still with an easy rhythm to follow, so like this different levels can join the same class. I always give several options according to peoples levels. They are free to choose any of those options depending how they feel that day.
And of course... any questions are more than welcome at the end of the class!!
