I’m grateful for the effort my parents made when they took me to my first English class. I was six years old, and it was a tough day. Back then, it wasn’t very common. Everything felt strange to me: the teacher, the classroom, the language. Many years later, after studying and then traveling, I truly realized how useful, enriching, and rewarding it was to learn a new language. I wanted to be part of that experience for others, so I decided to pursue a career in language teaching. My profession has given me the opportunity to meet passionate students from ALL over the world. They all share a common goal: to open themselves up to a new culture and a new language. Countless stories, experiences, and moments of joy have made this my favorite profession.
