Matan has all great qualities that excellent tutor must have: he is experienced, patient, funny, educated in multiple fields and flexible. He operates with lots of different study materials and methods and equally and more importantly -joyfully leads you to development of speaking, writing, listening and reading. I would highly recommend him (however dont you dare to interfere with my lessons :P) :).

After several lessons with Matan, I am happy to recommend him. It is clear that Matan has a lot of teaching experience and manages to strike a good balance of being both assertive and considerate. He knows the best times to push you, but also when to slow things down if you are struggling. The lessons are well structured and the homework is useful without being too onerous. I feel like I have seen great results from the start.

I think it also helps that Matan is an amiable, approachable person so you feel comfortable throughout. Such an important quality when learning a new language (IMO).

We have been having weekly Hebrew lessons with Matan over the last six months. He is a wonderful instructor, challenging students and achieving results. We have been going at quite a fast pace, despite the difficulty of the language. We are impressed

Matan is an excellent and patiend Hebrew teacher! I feel I advance really fast with him, he's very interactive and makes me love the whole learning experience!! He's a great motivation for me to learn and speak Hebrew - something I didn't believe I could before studying with him - I highly recommend him!
